Your body is a microcosm of the macrocosm of the natural world in which you live. Much as the trees let go of their leaves, Fall is a natural time for you to let go. In that letting go, there is often grief for what no longer is.

In this practice, you’ll experience postures that target the Lung and Large Intestine Meridians. Together they are responsible for timely grief (lung) and letting go of what no longer serves you (large intestine).

Yin Yoga is a sweet, slow practice of floor-based postures intended to help move stuck energy by stimulating the meridians thus allowing your body and mind to function in greater harmony. All levels welcome.
